React Summit US 2024 highlights

Our favorite sessions

The summit had a lot of incredible sessions by talented presenters introduced by fun emcees. We learned a few unique and new React libraries and tools along the way, like in Kris Baumgartner’s session called “How to make a game in React”, or Dario Piotrowicz and Christian Sparks’ workshop “Deploy and Test Full-Stack React Apps on Cloudflare”. We saw whole apps and games get created in a matter of an hour, or a few hours!

Lessons we learned

Our booth was buzzing with insights from React Summit talks. Here’s what stood out:

  • Server Components and type-safe configs, with insights from experts like Tanner Linsley and Mark Erikson
  • Workshops on GenAI apps
  • React Server Components
  • Full-stack deployment
  • Debugging with Chrome DevTools
  • Micro frontends
  • AI for accessibility

Check out all of the session recordings on React Summit's GitNation page to learn more on every one of these topics 🔍

Prizes and playful moments

What’s a summit without some friendly competition? TinyMCE hosted two giveaways:

  • On-site contest: A shoutout to Andrew Hart, our wireless headphones winner.
  • Virtual draw: Thanks to Chaitanya Behara, who won our $250 Amazon gift card.

These contests were a fun way to connect with the community and celebrate developer creativity.
