This marks Tiugo Technologies’ fourth acquisition, with Uploadcare joining TinyMCE, CKEditor and Butter. Founded in 2011 by tech enthusiasts experienced in web development and image processing, Uploadcare is a file management provider and content delivery network (CDN) solution for software developers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
